Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Debt Finance Specialist to join our team at ProTL Global Search. As a key member of our Structured Debt Finance department, you will be responsible for leading the structuring and execution of complex debt financing transactions, focusing on international deals, particularly syndicated loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structuring and execution of complex debt financing transactions, including syndicated loans and capital raising across the CIS and Middle East.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of syndicated loan deals, coordinating with international lenders, borrowers, and legal teams.
  • Oversee cross-border financing projects in the CIS, Middle East, and other emerging markets, ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with high-value, complex transactions.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure smooth execution and successful deal management.
  • Provide financial advisory services across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, TMT, and Metals & Mining (M&M).

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields, with CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in structured financing and syndicated loans, preferably in major international or Russian banks.
  • Expertise in financing transactions across industries like infrastructure, energy, real estate, TMT, and M&M.
  • Strong experience handling cross-border deals in the CIS, Middle East, and other emerging markets.
  • Established relationships with international and regional banks, with a proven track record in syndicated credit.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with expertise in financial structuring and risk management.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
