Corporate Finance Expert

At PRO-Global Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory boutique, you will be responsible for participating in M&A and Debt Advisory transactions from inception to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and assess financial models to support client transactions.
• Conduct business valuations, financial analyses, comparable analysis, and benchmarking to inform client decisions.
• Prepare presentations, teasers, information memoranda, and analytical reports for clients.
• Collaborate with the Investment Director and partners to achieve strategic goals.

Your Requirements:

• Higher education in finance or economics from a top-tier university.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, and valuation within investment banks, in-house M&A teams, private equity or venture capital firms, or Big 4.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and business valuation.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and business assessment (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial databases).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
