Translator and assistant to Country Manager

Обязанности:

1. Готовить необходимую информацию для встреч и переговоров, принимать участие в составлении отчетов об их проведении, расшифровке записей бесед и подготовке аналитической информации;

2. Переводить документы с Турецкого языка на Русский/Казахский, Английский и наоборот с с Русского/Казахского языка на Английский и Турецкий в соответствии с запросом Руководителя;

3. Организация и контроль входящей и исходящей документации в компании;

4. Организация совещаний, встреч, переговоров, деловых поездок Руководителя (в том числе заказ билетов, машин, такси, бронирование гостиниц и тд);

5. Выполнение иных поручений Руководителя (подготовка презентаций, планирование распорядка дня руководителя, заполнение авансовых отчётов руководителя и тд);

6. Подготовка заключений/отчетов по результатам анализа и оценки видов деятельности, согласно запросу Руководителя;

7.Изучение еженедельных отчетов магазинов и обращений на горячую линию (call center), и установление при необходимости контакта с соответствующими подразделениями в целях разрешения возможных проблемных ситуаций.

8. Визиты (командировки) в магазины, проведения анализа операционных процессов.

9. Подготовка отчетов по бюджету, продажам, критериям KPI (показатели эффективности деятельности) и показателям производительности, в формате, определяемом Руководителем, и выполнение прочих задач и поручений Руководителя.

Квалификационные требования:

1. Высшее оконченное экономическое (или иное) образование со знанием турецкого И английского языка - обязательно;

2. Навыки устного и письменного перевода на турецком / английском / русском / казахском языках;

3. Свободный пользователь MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook.;

4. Знание организации делопроизводства, процесса документирования и делового этикета;
