What do we expect you to do?
search for the most feasible suppliers of manufacturing factories, conducting direct negotiations and establishing relations with them, visiting manufacturers' production facilities, visiting exhibitions in the profiled field participate in the conclusion of agreements organize regular meetings and negotiations with suppliers prepare reports for the management on work with suppliers develop, implement and execute the procurement category management strategy build strong working relationships with internal Customers/departments and key strategic suppliers conduct regular market and supplier analysis identify and utilize new opportunities to add value and save costs check compliance of contracts with technical specifications (technical characteristics, quantities, cost, etc.), regulatory documents, and the statutory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan; assess assigned projects to check the compliance with quality requirements, market situation and history of previous purchases manage the fulfillment of contractual obligations by suppliers: in terms of quality, timing and quantities of delivered inventories; control over the timeliness of payments and preparation of required documentation organizing interaction with other business units concerned on conclusion of strategic contracts and other issues related to fulfillment of contractual obligations develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders fulfill instructions of the line manager comply with labor discipline requirements in the workplaceWhat will you bring along?
bachelor's Degree in Core Major (Engineering, Business Administration, or related field) professional experience in procurement of more than 2 years drafting, processing and management of contracts knowledge of Russian, Kazakh and English (Upper Intermediate as minimum) procurement management skills, negotiation skills, market value monitoring skills, business correspondence skills, skills in holding tenders and tender bid submission procedures, carrying out commercial analysis; giving presentations and training courses skills in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook oracle systemsWhat do we propose to you?
