Job Responsibilities: 

Work in the corporate ERP system in close cooperation with the Sales team as well as independently.  Prepare, adjust and maintain commercial proposals, contracts, additional agreements, etc. Ensure all the weekly and monthly reports are submitted on time and that all correspondence and offers are responded to – within 24 hours. Generate and maintain an organized, systematic, and updated filing system (hard copies and hard disk back-up) in order to ensure easy accessibility to required data and avail loss of data from the hardware. Handle all incoming calls and inquiries in the absence of the Sales Team and maintain a prompt and accurate follow-up and trace system for the correspondence. Participate in any Training / Development schemes as recommended by the management. Prepare financial managerial reports on a monthly/weekly basis.

Personal Profile: 

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Good computer skills (MS Office, 1C). Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving  High attention to details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player with a high level of dedication. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field. Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset. Analytical skills  Knowledge of accounting principles
