We are looking for a Administrator of Content Moderation Group to join our team of Moderators.

Your main tasks will be:

• Administering a team of 4-5 moderators;
• Preparing regulations, monitoring changes in products that affect user moderation processes;
• Maintaining reports on the quantity and quality of the incoming user flow for the products;
• Preparation of graphic content on the website (retouching, sizing, color correction);
• Content quality control on websites (viewing, content moderation);
• Communication with partners Bitrix (in chat);
• Viewing and monitoring correspondence within the company;
• Training and adaptation of new employees;
• Ensuring the process of moderating user profiles on the Core products.

We expect from you:

• Task/workforce planning & trackers;
• Moderation CRM & ticket hygiene (e.g., Bitrix);
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets;
• Media formats & editing fundamentals;
• Policy & taxonomy expertise + documentation;
• Auto-moderation (AI) configuration & calibration;
• Label QA & inter-annotator agreement;
• Verification & activation flows (product-specific).
