We are currently seeking a talented:Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the 1C application.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting,      performance optimization and L2 support.
  • Plan and execute deployments, releases, upgrades, and configuration changes in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensure system availability, integrity, and security in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
  • Work closely with vendor support and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
  • Participate in change management processes, ensuring all changes follow ITIL and organizational procedures.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to the application.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced 1Csystem administrator with solid understanding of ITIL principles, especially change, incident, and release management.
  • Strong technical foundation in system operations, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, IT infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
