Onboarding Team Lead Position

We're seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Team Lead to join our team. As an Onboarding Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our partners.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You'll be responsible for managing the onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Validate and distribute new partner deals across the team to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Conduct quality checks of newly launched venues to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage gear inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
  • Oversight relationships with freelancers who support onboarding needs.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the onboarding team.
  • Track and own key team KPIs, including New Live Venues, Time to Onboard (TTO), Weekly Throughput, Image Coverage, and F30D engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional and strategic projects in collaboration with both local and global teams.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including people management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong technical orientation and structured thinking.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in Russian and Kazakh, with advanced English proficiency.
