Customer Experience Associate

We're looking for a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit to join our Support team in Almaty. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Solving customer issues efficiently and effectively via phone and live chat
• Ensuring smooth delivery operations by providing top-notch support
• Collaborating with other teams within the organization to develop our support function

We require that you are fluent in Kazakh and Russian and able to work in English. You must also be able to attend our onboarding schedule from 13-22 o'clock for the first 2 weeks.

• You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• You can work in shifts - 5 days a week with 2 flexible days off: day shifts from 11 AM to midnight or till 7 pm
