Working hours: 2-shifts (mo-fri 06:00/14:00 – 14:00/20:00)
Contract duration: 7 months, with one month trial period
Salaris : The salary per month is €2.371,48 gross based on 40 hours a week (excl. 13% shift 
allowance)
Holiday allowance : 8% of annual gross salary – paid out in May salary
Travel Allowance : In accordance with company protocol, travel costs are reimbursed from the 
first km onwards at €0,23 cent per km with a maximum of 1500 km per maand. (1500km x € 
0,23/km = €345 / month)
Pension : Company has the collective pension agreement with Nationale Nederlanden.
The employee pays about 4.6% for this pension. The employer pays the other part. (this
percentage depends on the age of the employee)
Holidays : 30 days per year on a fulltime base. 
Not Sick Bonus
In addition, Logoplaste has a so-called "Not Sick Bonus". This means in short: 
If the employee has not been ill at all during the year, he receives a bonus of € 600,- gross. This 
is paid out in the month of December. If the employee has been ill for less than 4 days, he 
receives € 300,- gross.
If the employee joined the company before 31 May, he receives the bonus pro rata. If the 
employee joined the company after 1 June, he is not entitled to the " Not Sick Bonus".
The bonus covers the period 1 December of the previous year to 30 November of the current 
calendar year.
The bonus is only paid out if the employee is still employed in the month of December. In the 
event of early termination of employment, the entire bonus shall lapse.
The employer has the discretionary power to grant a bonus or not and can therefore determine 
annually whether or not to pay a bonus. No rights can be derived from the payment of a bonus 
for the following years.
Bonus BHV, H&S, Food Safety and Works Council members
BHV, H&S, Food Safety and Works Council members receive an annual bonus of €200 net. For 
H&S and Food Safety members this is based on target-setting. This is paid out in the month of 
December.
The bonus is only paid if the employee is still employed in December. In the event of early 
termination of employment, the entire bonus shall lapse.
The employer has the discretionary power to grant a bonus or not and can therefore determine 
annually whether or not to pay a bonus.
No rights can be derived from the payment of a bonus for the following years.

Annual system for performance management. Depends on type of employment contract.
Start of this Performance system is 1st of January of the new year. When entering into service in 
the middle of the year, a start will be made as soon as possible
