Industrial Operations Specialist

The salary per month is €2.371,48 gross based on 40 hours a week (excl. 13% shift allowance).

Holiday allowance : 8% of annual gross salary – paid out in May salary

Travel Allowance : In accordance with company protocol, travel costs are reimbursed from the first km onwards at €0,23 cent per km with a maximum of 1500 km per month.

Pension : The employee pays about 4.6% for this pension. The employer pays the other part.

Bonus BHV, H&S, Food Safety and Works Council members receive an annual bonus of €200 net.

Working hours: 2-shifts (06:00/14:00 – 14:00/20:00) Monday to Friday.
