Мы в поиске HR Manager для продуктовой гемблинговой команды, который усилит HR отдел по направлению работы с сотрудниками.

Ты будешь:
- взаимодействовать с командой удаленных работников (штат 150+ человек);
- поддерживать жизненный цикл сотрудника (Onboarding, Adaptation, Performance review, 1on1s, Exit Interview etc.);
- разрабатывать вместе с HRD стратегии и внедрять их в работу;
- имплементировать в СRM сотрудников (PeopleForсe);
- вести личные разговоры, мотивационные разговоры, разрешать конфликтные ситуации;
- участвовать в разработке и реализации Политик Компании;
- участвовать в разработке и анализе опросов, участие в создании системы оценки и текущей аналитики (180 °, 360 ° и другие);
- организовывать ивенты, тимбилдинги и другие активности HR.

С тебя:
- 2+ года практического опыта работы в аналогичной должности (HR Manager, People Patner, HR Generalist);
- знание и опыт работы с HR-процессами: от адаптации до увольнения, оценки и 1-to-1;
- способность проводить интервью (1-1), оценивание, опрос и другие форматы для сбора информации и предоставления обратной связи;
- опыт создания плана работы (6-12 месяцев) + модификация этого плана (внесение корректировок) при необходимости;
- опыт развития корпоративной культуры и внедрение новых решений;
- проактивная позиция;
- отличные коммуникативные навыки (устные и письменные) и навыки переговоров;
- Английский язык – разговорный.
