We are looking for individual to join our busy HR team, to share all HR responsibities, being ready for challenging job.

Duties:

1. Implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance.
2. Performance, salary adjustment, bonus, and timely incentives, and support the operation of the outsourcing management team
3. Budget execution monitoring, recruitment, and interview
4. HR IT and basic information management
5. Team climate building

Requirements:

  • high education
  • fluent English
  • experience on the position HR manager not less then 2 years
  • Well-organized
  • Chinese is preferred
