Your Role

 To develop and grow the relevant business and improve the brands competitive position in the responsible market by implementing sales & marketing strategy. (Establish Atlas Copco as the preferred & number one source for our Products, Solutions & Services) Growth in NIS in accordance to annually reviewed business targets according to the financial vision for ACTA across relevant Divisions- Set and achieve the CGP and MACO levels for each year by suitable pricing structure and management of associated costs.Manage and coordinate projects & Opportunities in Kazakhstan primarily & act as back up in Uzbekistan as and when required. Other areas based on reactive opportunities seeking suitable support from other Key Team members within the region & other BAs.Develop & Implement operational process that are visible, reliable and sustainable and there by achieve Excellence in Operations.Manage & develop the team of people (direct & indirect) to deliver customer demands and also work on organization development initiatives to stay prepared for future growth support.

 
To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

Previous experience in sales and marketing in the CIS countries, especially Kazakhstan Excellent business analysis, planning and organizing skillsExperience in business through Distributors & their development.Experience with Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Division products & services is a mustPreferably 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Competences

Good command (verbal and written) of Russian & English is a must.Working knowledge of other local languages of CIS countries added advantage.Good presentation skills.Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate Sales orders & Service contracts.Running of product demos, smart solutions, value selling.

Educational requirements

University Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated & eager to lead and develop abilities and skillsCreative mindset with eagerness to generate new ideas to grow businessTeam player with focus on team successExcellent presentation & technical writing skillsAbility to deliver results under pressureExtensive traveling within the region is requiredAbility to analyze information, draw conclusions, propose actions and identify market opportunities
