Про компанию:
BrandLink – это успешный стартап, запущенный в 2018 году, предлагающий производителям розничных товаров маркетинговые услуги на базе сканирования и распознавания кассовых чеков.

Что мы обычно делаем:
• создаем для наших клиентов собственные онлайн-площадки для организации кешбэк-активностей;
• раздаем кешбэк на площадках клиентов и внутри мобильных приложений: в РФ это VK, Тинкькофф, МТС, Билайн, Альфа-банк, ЮMoney и др.
Нашими клиентами являются крупнейшие производители: Procter&Gamble, Mars, Ferrero, Unilever, Leroy Merlin, Danone и пр.

Что нужно делать:
• основное:
А. консультировать пользователей и наших клиентов по вопросам кешбэка в CRM-системе, по почте и в чатах;
Б. помогать на месте: например, собрать в магазинах чеки для обучения нашей системы распознавания, проверить в магазинах наименования товаров наших клиентов;
• а также:
А. формулировать задачи для разработчиков, помогая улучшать сервисы;
Б. решать новые интересные задачи — ведь мы постоянно растем и меняемся.

Мы ожидаем, что вы:
• проживаете в Алматы или другом крупном городе Казахстана;
• говорите и грамотно пишете по-русски и по-казахски;
• легко находите общий язык с людьми и чувствуете их настроение;
• не устаете от рутинных задач;
• самоорганизованны, исполнительны и ответственны;
• умеете погружаться в суть вопросов, скрупулезно выяснять причины проблематики.

Условия:
• фриланс в режиме 5/2.
