Responsibilities: Support the Distributors development agenda in KG/UZ; Execute building of the Distributors’ pool in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan; Analyze current trade terms, formulate and propose new ones to ensure maximizing PepsiCo business growth and high level of Distributors engagement; Execute WCDE implementation in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan (Discovery, Big Bets, Quarterly reviews); Analyze Distributors P&L and provide further recommendations; Lead Distributor tender procedure in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, action plans, tender, transitions, etc); Conduct regular KG/UZ Distributors assessment and control the implementation of the action plans by RSMs; Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements; Create and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on distributor development progress to senior management; Participate in development of overall CA Distributors strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage distributors in Central Asia; Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, DX, SC and Finance teams to align distributor strategies with overall company goals. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience in FMCG sector in a similar position from 4 years; Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; Ability to travel extensively to meet with distributors and explore new markets; Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset; English – Intermediate level.
