Ищет в свою команду спеца, который имел опыт в создании мобильного приложения и может быть самостоятельным, умеет мыслить системно и хочет создавать действительно нужные и качественные продукты.

Ожидается умение быть аккуратным и внимательным к мелочам

Обязанности:

Координировать работу команд разработки и их результатов, на которых будет строиться продукт; Составлять четкие технические задания, превращая бизнес-требования в понятные для разработчиков задачи; Контролировать разработку сайтов и мобильных приложений; Проверять продуктовые гипотезы через AB-тесты, качественные и количественные исследования; Анализировать и выражать в цифрах результаты релизов. Требования:

Уметь отвечать за свою работу и доводить её до конца; Опыт тестирования мобильных приложений (iOS, Android). Способность брать на себя важные решения и ответственность за них; Уметь работать с ограниченными ресурсами, четко соблюдая сроки; Коммуникабельность и умение отстаивать свою точку зрения, аргументируя её данными; Способность вести за собой людей и добиваться результатов вместе с командой. Опыт управления проектами: умение ставить цели, делегировать задачи и добиваться результатов. Стратегическое мышление: ты видишь картину целиком и умеешь планировать наперед.
