Customer Communication Centre Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Communication Centre Executive within our Sales Capability and Business Development Department team located in Almaty.

">">Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide timely and quality service to meet the needs of internal and external customers by utilizing available resources effectively.">">
  3. Monitor work volumes to ensure Service Level Agreements and company targets are met, ensuring adequate resources are always available to meet demand.">">
  4. Collect data on external customer needs and present pain points and complaints to internal stakeholders for further analysis to enhance customer satisfaction levels.">">
  5. Resolve customer/Consumer/Distributor complaints promptly to the customer's satisfaction and handle them at the first point of customer interaction and in accordance with regulations.">">
  6. Develop strategies and plans with related departments in the business to increase customer satisfaction and deliver better SLAs.">">
  7. Implement continuous process improvement by monitoring customer interactions and obtaining direct customer feedback on the service standards delivered by the contact centres.">">Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Sales/Marketing.">">
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in related fields.">">
  • Upper Intermediate/Advanced English language skills.">">
