Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR processes and policies, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Lead the design and execution of the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary structures and long-term incentive plans.
  • Oversight of recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and onboarding strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Design and implement talent retention strategies, leadership development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on performance management, compliance, and HR regulations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR is required, with a strong background in investment companies, funds, or boutique firms.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including long-term incentive program development.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills.
  • Fluency in English (Russian and Kazakh are an asset).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
