We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in Kyrgyzstan.
Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, solution selling, and relationship management.
- Job Description:
You will be responsible for owning the relevant customer P&Ls, driving strategic planning, and solution selling for all Mastercard assets, including Data & Services, Cyber & Intelligence, and Digital solutions.
You will lead business development activities within your segment, working closely with senior/C-level executives to build strong partnerships that support Mastercard's financial and strategic objectives.
You will develop detailed business cases, including financial analysis/modeling, in support of defined initiatives.
You will negotiate, execute, and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing.
You will partner with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support.
You will be responsible for pipeline management at account level and assist with analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.
You will execute customer relationships management at all levels and assist in local projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of planning, managing, and closing complex, competitive sales efforts and delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
Dynamic, forward-thinking positive team player, adept at engaging and leveraging internal resources to achieve success and contribute to the wider team environment.
Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross-functional relationships and partnerships with executives at all levels.
Sound business judgment with established strategic and conceptual thinking and planning skills.
Strong market development/customer engagement skills.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Analytical proneness for quantitative and qualitative data, and ability to derive meaningful implications and recommendations from assessments.
Experience in creating custom analyses, reports, and presentations to deliver consultative sales approach.
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive experience in executing and managing sales strategies in B2B accounts.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Financial Services and Technology.
Fluency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz.
