About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Developing (in collaboration with department heads) annual budgets to ensure they are aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Recommending best budgeting practices and assisting departments to create realistic and achievable financial plans.
  • Regularly monitoring budget execution, identifying variances, and working with departments to identify and resolve non-compliance.
  • Conducting financial analysis to report on budget trends, cost drivers, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and distributing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Setting up automation of financial control for a group of companies.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies in all budgeting and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Higher education in finance.
  • Experience in finance for at least 5 years, preferably in audit/consulting and/or international fintech companies.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning and reporting.
  • Experience with international teams is desirable (communication in Russian and English).
  • Knowledge of financial software and tools (experience with MS Dynamics CRM or other CRM will be a priority).
  • Experience in the crypto industry.
