Обязанности

  • Разработка, поддержка и оптимизация баз данных на Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Создание, отладка и оптимизация сложных SQL-запросов, процедур, функций и представлений.
  • Автоматизация процессов обработки данных (SQL, Python, макросы Excel/VBA, R).
  • Обеспечение качества и целостности данных, внедрение механизмов контроля.
  • Поддержка существующих ETL-процессов, участие в разработке новых решений для интеграции данных.
  • Диагностика и устранение повторяющихся ошибок в структуре данных и рабочих процессах.
  • Документирование решений, поддержка коллег и обучение новых сотрудников в части работы с данными.
  • Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями для оптимизации обмена и использования данных.

Требования

  • Опыт работы с Microsoft SQL Server (3+ лет).
  • Знание других SQL-диалектов (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) будет плюсом.
  • Навыки автоматизации: Python (Pandas, SQL Alchemy и др.), Excel/VBA, R (R Studio).
  • Понимание принципов ETL и работы с большими объемами данных.
  • Владение Excel на продвинутом уровне (Power Query, Power Pivot приветствуется).
  • Умение анализировать данные и находить способы повышения эффективности процессов.
  • Хорошие коммуникативные навыки, умение работать как самостоятельно, так и в команде.
  • Владение русским языком.
  • Владение английским языком на уровне, достаточном для работы с документацией и участия в коммуникации с международными командами.
  • Возможность ежедневно приезжать в офис на время обучения по следующему адресу: Алматы, улица Байзакова, 280, Бизнес-центр Almaty Towers (после завершения обучения возможен гибридный формат работы)

Будет плюсом

  • Опыт работы с BI-инструментами (Power BI, Tableau и т. п.).
  • Знание принципов управления качеством данных (data governance).
  • Опыт построения автоматизированных пайплайнов.
