• Develop short- and medium-term (1–3 years) project plans based on departmental needs.
• Design and evaluate technical solutions for production processes.
• Prepare feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
• Draft detailed technical specifications and requirements for projects.
• Manage project budgeting and financial planning (Capex/Opex).
• Identify and implement cost-effective and safe technical solutions.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with equipment suppliers and contractors.
• Lead and execute technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Participate in equipment procurement processes.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and commissioning of project solutions.
• Create and monitor project schedules and timelines.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Control project budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Handle documentation related to order placement, payments, and internal company processes.
• Conduct testing and acceptance of equipment and solutions within project scope.
• Make sound technical and organizational decisions to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
• Promote and enforce safety, security, and environmental protection policies.
• Prepare and deliver project status presentations to stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive project database.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress and performance.

• University Graduate (Engineering degree)
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical maintenance of production equipment.
• Knowledge of bases to work with injection and molding cars.  
• Language skills: English– Upper-Intermediate.
• Computer skills: PC user (MS Office).
