Position: Guest Happiness SpecialistAs a Guest Happiness Specialist at The Flex, you'll be the heart and voice of our brand.
Your mission is simple: make every guest feel cared for, supported, and happy throughout their stay.
You'll help guests with bookings, check-ins, and any questions they have — ensuring smooth, stress-free experiences from start to finish.
Using our in-house PMS tools, you'll manage requests efficiently and turn potential issues into memorable moments of hospitality.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Support: Handle guest inquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism.
Booking Assistance: Help guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and proactive communication.
Communication Management: Keep guests informed every step of the way for a seamless experience.
Feedback Loop: Collect and share guest insights to help improve our service quality.
Upselling & Retention: Recommend add-ons and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
A natural people-person with a warm, empathetic approach.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals.
Tech-savvy and confident using PMS or CRM systems.
Calm under pressure and great at multitasking.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus).
