Atlas Copco AirPower Central Asia LLP is looking for a Logistics Specialist (from Kazakhstan, Almaty citizen) who will directly report to Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities

Preparation of translation or checking translation of the invoices to Russian for Customs clearance

Sending translations and shipping documents to brokerage

Cooperation with the brokerage

Preparation of the Technical descriptions

Preparation of the invoices for Export

Checking of the money at Accounts for Customs Clearance

Checking of the Customs Declarations and sending requests for correction if necessary

Saving of the Scans of the Customs Declarations

Informing of Sales & Service Depfrtments about clearance of the goods

Customs payment registration in file

Coding invoices from brokerage in SRM

Payment for Utilization Fee (for oils and grease) ROP

Checking of all necessary Certificates on validity

Sending requests on receiving of Government permission

Invoicing in KZB & KZI SAP

Issuing of CNs in KZB & KZI SAP

Checking of GR & IR report, informing stock in case of receipt deviations

Preparing of PoA for Local Temporary Warehouse (Truck SVH & MAA)

Help to the stock keeper if necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related fields;

Professional experience matching the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities; minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics highly preferred.

Good knowledge of logistics, incoterms, warehousing operations, customs clearance documentation.

Good command of SAP MM/SD/WM Modules & MS Office applications.

Ability to effectively professionally communicate clearly in English (both verbally and in writing) will be your advantage.
