Мы в поисках Product менеджера в нашу команду.

Обязанности:

  • Влиять на продажи/доходность с помощью технологий и сотрудничества.
  • Проводить исследования, эксперименты и анализировать данные.
  • Менять продукт для пользователей на основе результатов исследований.
  • Взаимодействовать с партнерами, договариваться с коллегами из смежных команд и добиваться результатов.
  • Приоритизировать задачи и формировать понятный всем бэклог.
  • Мониторинг и анализ метрик продукта.
  • Анализировать рынок и конкурентов.

Требования:

  • Успешный опыт работы в IT не менее 5 лет (продакт менеджер, проджект менеджер, техлид, бизнес-аналитик).
  • Хорошее понимание методов разработки ит-продуктов, умеете работать по Agile, Scrum.
  • Понимаете техническое взаимодействие frontend и backend; знаете про API и как с ним работать.
  • Умеете прописывать ТЗ и приоритизировать product backlog.
  • Умеете создавать и использовать Roadmap, сформулировав цели, определив метрики продукта.
  • Умеете проводить количественные и качественные исследования.
  • Любите и умеете считать, имеете хорошие навыки работы с системами аналитики.
  • Опыт работы с внешними контрагентам (заключение сделок, аккаунтинг).
  • Опыт работы в traveltech будем большим преимуществом (авиакомпании, мета, GDS, OTA).
  • Знание английского языка не ниже уровне B1.
