Position Purpose:

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to support the implementation and continuous improvement of SJ's Compliance Program across the SJ Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding our values, ethics, and code of conduct while ensuring business activities align with regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Compliance Program across SJ Group.
  • Maintain and continuously improve SJ's Compliance Program.
  • Ensure all business activities align with SJ Group's values, ethics, and code of conduct.
  • Interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply expertise in an engineering consulting environment within project management and delivery processes.
  • Implement and maintain certified management systems.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in an engineering consulting environment, particularly in project management and delivery processes.
  • Working knowledge of certified management systems.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of commercial business drivers.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound knowledge of management systems and relevant ISO, AS/NZS standards.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.

Education:

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
