Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software applications
