Warehouse Operations Specialist

Welcome to Orange & Blue services, where we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team in this exciting opportunity.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to work as a Warehouse Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely and efficient manner.

• Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and damage-free delivery.
• Store and manage inventory, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Dispatch goods to clients in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:

• A competitive salary of €23,714 per year (gross), based on 40 hours a week.
• Overtime pay at a rate of 13% of the hourly wage.
• An annual holiday allowance of 8% of your gross salary, paid out in May.
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 1,500 km per month.
• Pension contributions from the company, with the employee contributing approximately 4.6%.
• Holidays: 30 days per year on a full-time basis.
• A 'Not Sick Bonus' of €600 (gross) if you have not been ill at all during the year, or €300 (gross) if you have been ill for less than 4 days.
• Bonus BHV, H&S, Food Safety and Works Council members receive an annual bonus of €200 net.
