Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to support upstream advisory projects in the financial sector across Central Asia and Turkey region.

• Support business development activities by conducting market research, developing business strategies, and assisting with project design and implementation.
• Analyze sectors, markets, and companies in Central Asia and Turkey, preparing market mapping, peer analysis, and financial projections or models.
• Create high-quality presentations, client pitch-books, briefs, and other outreach materials for various audiences.
• Organize workshops, prepare materials, and contribute to logistics.
• Foster knowledge sharing, engagement with regional and global teams, and stakeholders in the CAT region.

• Assist project leads with tasks such as concept note preparation, supervision report drafting, and completion report compilation.
• Analyze operational data, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Monitor progress, impact, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of IFC projects.
• C Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution and resolve operational issues.

• Collaborate with FIG investment teams to convert upstream/advisory projects to investment transactions.
• Support investment teams on new transactions and portfolio monitoring activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Science, Engineering, or relevant field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years work experience with a leading management consultancy, financial institution with international exposure desired.
