">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Almaty. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring that guest service standards are consistently met and exceeded. This includes coordinating effectively with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
">Main Responsibilities:
">Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations to ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out processes.
">Lead by example and ensure all front office team members deliver exceptional service, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
">Serve as a liaison between the Front Office and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
">Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
">Provide ongoing support and motivation to the Front Office team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
">Conduct regular inspections of guest areas and report any issues or service gaps to management.
">Respond to guest feedback and draft written responses to negative reviews or complaints.
">Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest-facing areas, ensuring a positive impression of the hotel.
">Train new Front Office staff and develop existing team members through regular training sessions and coaching.
">Ensure all team members adhere to grooming and appearance standards, maintaining a professional image at all times.
">Prioritize and manage competing tasks and deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.
">Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">A Higher education qualification, preferably in Hospitality or a related field.
">A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or Guest Services, ideally in the hospitality industry.

Skills and Abilities
">You should possess:
">Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
">Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest service etiquette.
