Drive Strategic Growth in Metals and Energy

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead the execution of strategic M&A transactions in metals & mining and oil & gas sectors. This role requires a strong track record of closed deals, deep industry knowledge, and expertise in industrial value chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end deal execution, from structuring and negotiation to closing and integration.

  • Manage a pipeline of investment opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Present deal recommendations and market insights to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with external advisors and technical consultants to drive deal success.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, geopolitical risks, and macroeconomic factors affecting the sectors.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully closed transactions in metals & mining and/or oil & gas.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational, commercial, and regulatory aspects of the sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
