Marketing Assistant - SPT Kazakhstan

Stockholm Precision Tools is a leading company in trajectory measurement technology worldwide, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand and expanding our global presence through effective digital strategies. Therefore, the person in this role will be adept at managing various digital platforms and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the company's WordPress CMS to ensure user-friendly functionality and conversion-optimized design.
  • Create, enhance, and maintain our web pages using HTML and CSS.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to the website.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize global SEM campaigns, including PPC strategies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring we effectively capture, manage, and utilize customer data.
  • Use web scraping techniques to extract useful data for marketing strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Monitor email marketing campaigns, from template design to tracking and reporting.

Required skills:
  • Minimum two years of experience is essential.
  • C1 level English, conversational or higher. High level in Kazakh language.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and CRM.
  • Proficiency in CMS (WordPress), HTML, CSS, and web scraping tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of GTM pixel management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and CRO.
  • Practical experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • C1 level English, conversational or higher.
