Initially, the priority is work with our clients, establishing good relationships, and selling our company's products (only incoming leads)

Responsibilities:

• Working with incoming leads and actively interacting with clients;
• Providing high-quality and professional advice to clients about our services.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with clients, sales, or similar positions;
• Able to establish trusting relationships with clients;
• Proficient in Kazakh and Russian languages.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6/1 - 9:00-18:00; 11:00 - 21:00;
• Salary - stable salary from 100,000 to 200,000 tenge + % of sales; Currently, our company has recently started sales specialists with 250,000 tenge, experienced specialists with over 500,000 tenge income
• Flexible schedule - at least 4 hours of work per day, 26 working days per month, and 100 hours of work per month are required;
• In a flexible schedule, there is no fixed salary, it is calculated according to KPI;
