Business Processes Consultant

SAP is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes that drive innovation and service offerings. You will work with our customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate innovative industry and technology trends to develop industry process and solution maps.
- Support internal strategic portfolio planning.
- Enforce industry-specific service offerings and design industry-specific corporate customer processes.
- Identify enterprise services and propose software decisions for customer processes, application, and IT landscapes.
- Map business processes to enterprise IT architecture.
- Define requirements for individual development or integration needs.
- Perform process-oriented reviews and IT mapping.
- Define corresponding organizational structures.
- Implement designed processes.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in business process consulting (3+ years)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service delivery
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP solutions implementation completed projects
- Good understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
- Holistic understanding of relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Suite
- Experience with feasibility studies, PoCs, etc.
- Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and local country language
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Solution Certification
