Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Summary: Drive sales growth in assigned region by developing and communicating strategy, collaborating with sales engineers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will:




  • Develop and communicate strategy for the region, aligning efforts with high-level business objectives.
  • Collaborate with all sales engineers to develop territory and customer plans to improve revenue in the assigned region.
  • Support the development of strategic sales opportunities and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators in key client accounts.
  • Coordinate client interactions with field sales engineers and support functions.
  • Lead sales activities in the region, maintaining and updating customer and project databases on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's Ethics in Business principles, all vital foreign trade regulations, and rules adopted by the Company.


You are the first to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of customers. You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.



We are looking for a candidate with:




  • Higher education.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid sales and sales management experience.
  • A consistent track record in driving increased resilience in the sales team to pace overall sales goals.
  • Experience in attracting, building, and developing a diversified, balanced, and effective team.
  • Strong business and financial savvy and awareness.
  • Ability to strategically prioritize and adapt and improve strategic sales approach as needed.
  • Resourceful and adept at using internal resources to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a sophisticated matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel on business.
