Job Responsibilities: Performs routine or standard accounting functions such as journal entries, ledger maintenance and reconciliation. Account reconciliations for month end close and to ensure accurate balances and reporting of assets and liabilities. Preparation of statutory accounts including treasury on a monthly basis. Reconciles bank accounts, posts and balances, general or subsidiary ledgers. Involved in processing accounting for and control over transactions in the areas of accounts Payable/Receivable: financial accounting, credit and collection. Treasury related activities: such as netting, inter-company lending, foreign exchange, and cash management. Responsible for the organisation and execution of various financial activities such as inter-group transactions, spot and forward foreign exchange. Monthly reporting of Exposure Grid which shows company’ s Balance Sheet position for hedging against foreign currency cash outflow and inflow of each entity in the region. Creating new Vendor accounts that is required by the entities in the region. Takes part in SAP rectification projects; localizations, identifying new reporting requirements. Represent Operational Controller during absence and assist other teams where necessary. Month end checklist ownership for all the entities in the region. Provide internal, external Ad-Hoc reports upon demand. Ensure the implementation of the Company EHS Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to Company personnel and resources. Adhere to the risk assessment controls identified Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting Proven knowledge of SAP Strong written/verbal communication skills. Result oriented with focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of English - Upper Intermediate Условия: Stable salary, official registration. Partially or fully paid training/courses. Hybrid work type opportunities.
