Responsibilities:

Legal support and preparation of contracts (KZ and non-KZ) regarding:

Consumer and customer claims (laws on protection of consumer rights); Goods Certification and Licensing; Goods Labelling; Relations with authorised service centres (ACS); Spare parts (storage and logistics); New ASC registration; Service Marketing; Smart Advisors (outsources personnel); Lease, cars, brand zones placement in ASC; IP and box packaging; Warranty Service and call-centre; Communication with state authorities; Reporting HQ on SVC.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law; Proven experience as a former lawyer in an international company or a similar role; Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team; High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
