Job Identification

We are looking for the Commercial trainer to be a part of our Sales team located in Astana, Kazakhstan

What We Expect:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate commercial training initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • To improve sales performance, collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and address training needs and performance gaps.
  • Collaborating with HR and sales leaders to develop and implement annual training strategies that enhance critical skill sets necessary to meet functional objectives.
  • Continuously measuring the effectiveness of the training programs and interpreting training results to improve areas for future learning activities
  • Deliver targeted training interventions based on the 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and the latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees for functional & leadership skills development.
  • Track & report utilization of approved territory training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.
  • Make sure to conduct regular field visits to identify any unmet learning needs.  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics,  Business Administration or similar fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate or sales training
  • Ability to travel
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design,  learning systems and tools
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Preffered level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above
