Responsibilities / Key activities:

Order Processing in accordance with approved business processes Transport management Document flow management Transactional work in SAP, 1C systems; SNT creation Administration (Customer/Vendor Contracts/Invoices/Customer/Vendor Master data/Orders Forms) Claims; Cross-functional interaction with distributors ' purchasing departments, local and central planning, warehouse, customs, and transport groups Projects participation Coordinate import customs procedures (incl. express deliveries) Support of Warehousing activities Stickering / Certification process support Month closing Activities (billing)

Must have:

Supply chain / logistics and/ accountant or customer service experience Experience with state authorities (customs/certification bodies) - preferably Experienced in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of 1C & ERP system (SAP preferably) Understanding of the OTC (order to cash) process Knowledge of English language (intermediate) Good listening skills & initiative Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills with result oriented behavior

Nice to have:

FMCG experience Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Analytical skills Proactive and results oriented approach, discipline, flexibility, multitask area
