Key responsibilities

Lead the finance team and manage day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financial functions; Ensure timely completion of financial close & reporting Develop and implement to internal controls, policies and procedures; Oversee audit & tax functions and ensure timely/accurate filings of taxes Analyze business results and provide actionable insights to business partners and senior leadership to drive better results Lead financial planning & strategy; budget (annual) & forecast (quarterly) processes Manage accounts receivable and overdue accounts Preparation of all training materials for training courses to all staffs (including new colleagues) about key financial & accountant policies Manage bank relationships Other adhoc projects from GM

KPI

To ensure all financial data and reporting are timely, accurate and complete. Observation of deadlines Budget & Cost Control Accounts receivable & overdue accounts control Process optimization

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant degree. Strong analytical & problem solving skills Financial management experience Good organizational and communication skills Attention to details Dealing with ambiguity & changing environment Professional level of English Cost analysis skills, Excellent IT skills (use of CRM softwares, advanced Excel,1C)
