What We Expect: Talent Acquisition process (searching of candidates, competency-based interview, assessment centers, job offers preparation) Drive strategic HR BP business processes and HR related functional projects (Train to field, NT, Employer brand activities (planning, concept elaboration, execution) Build effective working relationships with Commercial departments, delivering high-quality professional services. Identify L&D needs of employees and to collaborate with L&D team and function to meet those needs. Leading HR projected connected with talent attraction, on-boarding, and retention. Design and implement actions aimed to increase engagement / motivation / performance within employees. Support with the headcount planning in line with business requirements, support the budget planning process Provide execution of performance management and conduct PIP process accordingly Working in OPP system (recruitment, job offers, hiring, pre-onboarding, onboarding, trial period). Qualifications: University degree At least 5 years experience in HR function At least 3 years as HR BP (responsible for Sales and Marketing preferably) Solid experience in recruitment Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Solid presentation and facilitation skills MS Office proficiency Preffered level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above
