We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to oversee and manage the logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and timely movement of goods, manage relationships with partners, and continuously improve logistical processes to meet business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and reduce costs. Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics partners and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service agreements. Collaborate with the sales, finance, and operations teams to support business needs and meet customer demands. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Manage and resolve any logistics-related issues or disruptions that may arise. Oversee the maintenance of logistics-related documentation, including shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain risks and disruptions. Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve high performanceRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Proficiency in logistics management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
