International Lawyer

Duties:

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant legal norms and requirements by the company.

Developing and updating standard contract forms, instructions, policies, and regulations.

Coordinating, signing, and executing contracts on international projects.

Monitoring and protecting the company's intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Identifying and managing legal risks, developing strategies to minimize potential legal issues and protect the company's interests.

Providing legal consultations and support to the company's management on various legal matters, assisting in making informed decisions.

Conducting training sessions for company employees on legal matters.

Requirements:

Education: Higher education in Law.

Legal practice experience: at least 6 years, with current experience in international law and working with foreign jurisdictions.

Experience in the IT field is a plus.

Ability to work with legal information, foreign legislation, and foreign government portals.

English language: B2+ level, knowledge of legal terminology.
