Analyst

Responsibilities:

Providing holistic analysis to improve performance;

Analysis of the market, competitive environment, marketing research, setting up appropriate visualization in Excel, Power BI;
Processing, analysis, setting up data visualization in Excel, Power BI for the company’s primary and secondary sales;

Development of motivational schemes and bonus programs for medical representatives/pharmacy chains, optimization and automation and incentive systems;

Calculation of the quarterly sales plan and payment of quarterly bonuses in accordance with company policy;

Preparation of reports for sales and marketing departments: brand sales index, secondary sales report, market share reports, etc.;

Participation in brand sales planning for the Kazakh market and distribution of the quarterly plan for business development (medical representatives, KAM pharmacy chains, KAM distributors and brand managers);

Work with daily requests from employees of the marketing and business development departments;

Calculation and analysis of sales (reports provided by distributors) in the database;

Administration of the consent database and preparation of reports;

Requirements:
Higher education.
- Ability to work with BI systems (Power BI).

- Advanced Power Point user.

- Experience working with pharmaceutical market data from external agencies (ViOrtis, IMS, Ipsos), experience in analyzing the pharmaceutical market and preparing analytical reports on the market.

- Experience in processing and consolidating reports from distributors and pharmacy chains.

- Knowledge of English is at least upper intermediate level.
