Managing Director (Country Manager) of a Mobile and IT Equipment Distributor

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze the mobile and IT equipment market in the CIS and develop strategies for entering and strengthening positions in the region. Define key objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the execution of strategic tasks. Develop partnerships with existing vendors. Diversify sales channels, including wholesale and retail networks, online sales, and corporate clients. Organize and optimize internal company business processes to increase operational efficiency. Manage the company's budget, control financial indicators, and ensure financial stability. Form and develop a result-oriented employee team.

 

 

 

Requirements

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in a managerial position at the CEO-1 level in the distribution of mobile and IT equipment. Deep understanding of the mobile and IT equipment market in the CIS and the ability to adapt strategies to regional specifics. Knowledge of key competitors and market trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of financial management principles, ability to manage budgets and financial indicators. Experience in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with vendors and key clients.
