We are looking for a Relocation Specialist who will be responsible for all international and domestic moves to and within the relocation destination.

You will act as the ambassador of global mobility, working closely with HR to secure talent mobility planning.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end coordination of the relocation activities for the following destinations: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Armenia – upon request Assure full cycle of immigration support for foreign employees and their accompanying family members Administrate documents related to foreign nationals’ employment: work permits work visas, temporary residence permits, work residence permits, invitation letters Coordinate the immigration vendor activities Manage communication with HR, project managers and assignees on the relocation process and the immigration requirements in Kazakhstan and other locations upon request Research labor and immigration law and ensuring compliance Ensure clear and effective communication with travelers before, during and after their relocation Aid employees with moving and settlement

Requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience preferably in Immigration or Personnel or Travel Proven ability to learn quickly, multitask, and display initiative Personal effectiveness: ability to plan, organize and coordinate own time Capability to successfully cooperate with different parties involved in paperwork preparation and relocation processing Resilience and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Strong customer focus and ability to use in practice service excellence principles Proactive approach to handing assignments and streamlining workflow Willingness to display initiative and work with stakeholders to bring it to implementation Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; understanding of commonly used collaboration tools (Google Drive, Skype) Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) A completed University degree is required
