KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support procurement manager in development of new vendors and consolidate volume New vendor qualification, collection documents for new vendor registration Management supplier relationships Support procurement managers in negotiations Working with legal/finance/tax departments Releasing the manual PO Internal and external communication Document management Working with internal systems

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

Higher education (bachelor’s degree or above) Related work experience (1+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG) Strong negotiation and communication skills Good presentation skills Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above) Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must)
