Products Manager

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

Products Manager is responsible for managing the development, marketing, and pricing of pharmaceutical products. Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

Develop and manage the full scope of “4P” (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) for pharmaceutical products, including OTC, CHC, FS, and all other categories. Work closely with research and development teams to ensure that new products meet the needs of customers, regulatory requirements, and corporate goals. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Demand, ComEx, and all other support-function teams to design Brand Strategy, promotional campaigns, develop pricing strategies, and manage their execution excellence. Analyze market trends, research competitor products, and identify opportunities for growth. Manage metrics to track the performance of the products and ensure that they meet or exceed financial goals. Work collaboratively across teams and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and responsible for 360 degree of overall Brand goals success. 

Qualifications for a potential candidate: 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, pharmacology, biology, or a related field for RX scope. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate goals. Strong command of verbal and written English.
