Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

- Managing of all retail activities in all Retail chains (Kazakhstan);

- Daily communication with partners;

- Regular meetings with Retail partners: discussion of current and new projects;

- Coordination and implementation of all Retail activities: within the company, with partners, with suppliers (agencies);

- Prompt solution of problems encountered in Retail chains in terms of retail activities;

- Budget management and project's doc flow;

- Approval of stores for Retail activities, based on location, store grades, CAPA, in-store location, and other conditions;

- Promo staff management: control of merchandising standards: compliance with brand zones planograms, guidelines, collection of reports., control over the conduct of promotions, interaction with store directors in order to improve the quality of promotional personnel;

- Regular meetings with promoters, merchandisers, supervisors in order to fulfill the assigned tasks;

- Participation in trainings on a given topic (store construction, store and retail management);

- Preparation of reports and presentations, defense of projects;

- Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets;

- Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information;

- Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet;

- Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis.

Requirements：

- Working Experience: Strong retail experience 3-5 years, experience in retail sales and customer service is also required for this position;

- Organizational skills: Coordinate sales operations across a retail chain;

- Accounting skills: proficient in reviewing and evaluating sales records and financial statements;

- Communication skills: good at communicating with store managers and retail staff to exchange sales-related information;

- Language skills: English level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
